I burned my ISO image to CD with Nero. I booted with the CD, followed the typical steps; Created partition, Formatted NTFS, Copied Files, system reboot. All this was OK. System boots, and the First Boot Agent starts to do its thing; collecting information, Dynamic Update, Preparing installation. All OK.

Tried it myself and got exactly the same result with the disk I originally burned using Nero. I guess ahead software have a little work to do on burning iso images. Thanks for the suggestion. Reburning the install disk with adaptec got rid of the manifest error and I'm running build 2526 successfully now.

Install Error
I get an error message which says "Installation cannot create necessary temporary files in folder [long path for temp folder]. Please check if you have write permission for this folder." All of these Nero temp folders are read-only so I've tried unchecking that box, but it hasn't made any difference.

InCD Error : Illegal Request Error Occurred
I have downloaded the Mandrake...install...CD1.ISO several different times now. I am using Nero 5.5.1 to burn the CD. The latest version of NERO seems to work with no troubles, for basic data usage, have not tried it with any of the other forms of CR-RW recording such as Audio and uninstalled my older version of InCD and then reinstalled. While this cleared the install error, it did not clear the above listed error with InCD
